June Arts Assembly - A vacation to Japan

June is a prime month for vacations, so this month, the Arts Council is bringing the vacation to Fuquay.

7:00pm - 8:45pm  Art Gallery Exhibit of original Japanese works as well as local art that uses traditional and modern Japanese techniques.  Socialize with artists and fans of art.  

7:30pm  Meet the new Executive Director Jim Martz and hear Arts Council news.

8:00pm  Japanese Tea Ceremony - A Japanese tradition to celebrate new beginnings.  If you would like to bring a cushion to sit on the floor and watch, you are welcome to, but chairs are available. 

You do not have to be a member of the Fuquay-Varina Arts Council to attend.  This event is free and open to the public.
