July Arts Assembly - Art for Health

The Arts are good for your health!

From the popularity of "Adult Coloring Books" as relaxation and anti-anxiety tools, to the use of artistic creativity in therapy sessions, Art can play a valuable role in personal well-being.

7:00pm  - Social time! Come in, meet people, have refreshments.

7:30pm - Arts Council news and announcements. 

8:00pm - A presentation by Dori Staehle, Drumming for wellness

You do not have to be a member of the Fuquay-Varina Arts Council to attend.  This event is free and open to the public.
